In a surge of mobilization and strengthening of ties between activists and the population, the Exchange and Support Offices (P.E.A) and the Citizen Dialogue were a resounding success today at the Barkat Siradj annex of the People's Rally for Progress (RPP) Federation in Ras-Dika. Chaired jointly by the honorable Ali Abdi Farah, the party's senior member, and His Excellency Ali Hassan Bahdon, the meeting brought together officials, activists, and committed citizens to discuss crucial issues for the development of the locality. Warmly welcomed by Mrs. Nadira Youssouf, president of the Barkat Siradj annex, and her entire leadership team, the members of the RPP’s PEA commission praised the commitment and determination of the local activists. “We are here to listen, exchange, and act together. The RPP remains the people's party, and these offices are living proof of that,” declared H.E. Ali Hassan Bahdon, emphasizing the importance of direct dialogue with citizens. Discussions focused on current priorities: youth employment, access to basic social services, and the strengthening of social peace. Participants expressed their concerns and suggestions, thereby reinforcing the participatory dynamic so dear to the RPP. “Our annex is more determined than ever to face future challenges. With the support of the federation and the trust of our fellow citizens, we will continue to work for the progress of Ras-Dika,” affirmed Mrs. Nadira Youssouf, to the applause of the audience. Indeed, this meeting aligns with the RPP’s vision, a pioneering party in promoting inclusive dialogue and concrete action on the ground. The P.E.A. and Citizen Dialogue initiatives will continue in other localities, thereby strengthening the ties between the party and the population. In a spirit of brotherhood and unity, the participants reaffirmed their attachment to the values of the RPP: “Forward for Progress.” Translated and Published by : Nouria Omar Gaber
