It is important to continue upholding civic values, to be exemplary and model citizens—fully united, irreproachable, and in complete solidarity. In other words, at every level and in each specific field of responsibility, it is incumbent upon us to serve in the best possible way, as loyal and dedicated servants, united in the service of our beloved capital and all our compatriots, in accordance with the political directions outlined by our esteemed President, Al Hadji Ismail Omar Guelleh.
