The Mayor receives a courtesy visit from the regional director of the NGO Al-Rahma Djibouti

The Mayor of the Capital, Mr. Said Daoud Mohamed received today the regional director of the NGO Al Rahma of the Djibouti branch, Mr. Abdoul Ghani al Qourashi. The hearing was held this morning in the mayor's office at the city hall in the presence of the president of the commune of Balbala, Mr. Mohamed Hassan Said and one of Mr. Abdoul Ghani Al Quraychi's close collaborators. The fruitful discussions between the two parties focused on several themes, mainly on ways and means likely to strengthen cooperation between the NGO Al Rahma and the City of Djibouti. The various areas of expertise, particularly in the area of vocational training for orphans, for example, or in the area of the beautification project for the city of Djibouti, were among others at the heart of the discussions. During the interview, the Mayor of the city stressed the importance of the role played by the Al Rahma Regional Office in promoting social actions, in health, education and in various sectors across the country. He also praised the benevolent commitment of the organization's leaders and the social utility works deployed in favor of the population. For his part, the regional director of the NGO Al-Rahma-Djibouti expressed his pleasure in talking with the First Edile and took the opportunity to express his tribute to the mayor of the city for "his determination displayed" in his project to beautify and transform the city of Djibouti. He also assured the Mayor of his support and the commitment of the NGO to urban development.
